Costa Rica is a country in Central America where we have been running our own cocoa plantation ›Rausch Tres Equis – Finca de Cacao‹ since 2014. This is where we obtain our fine flavour cocoa for ›Rausch Plantagen Costa Rica 84 % Cuvée Prestige‹. Our long search for the perfect environment for our own estate has paid off and at the end of 2014 we were able to start building our own cocoa plantation. The 30 hectare ›Rausch Tres Equis – Finca de Cacao‹ is situated within sight of the mighty 3325-metre high volcano Turrialba and borders on one of the Costa Rican »Wild Corridor« National Parks.
